Do you deliver?

Absolutely! We can deliver Melbourne wide, with varying fees applying on distance. 

Please get in touch if you would like a quote.


ORDERING

How do I order?

Send us an email or message through our enquiry form. So we can help you out as accurately as possible, please include:

- your event date 

- number of guests 

- dessert type 

- any style or inspiration images you may have


How much notice do you require for orders?

All of our sweets are freshly made to order. We kindly request the following time frames to ensure all the right details for your custom order can be accommodated for:

Macarons and cookies: 2 weeks

Letter/number cakes: 2-3 weeks

Custom cakes: 4-6 weeks


DEPOSITS & CHANGES TO ORDERS

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We kindly request a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your order for your event date. If we do not receive any communication after a 72 hour period, your quote may be cancelled.

Once the deposit has been received your order is confirmed and entered into our calendar.

The remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior, any orders placed within a 2 week period will require full payment at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION

What happens if I need to cancel?

If your order is cancelled within 3 weeks of your event date, your full deposit will be forfeited. 

If you need to cancel or change your order then we can happily accommodate downsizing or a refund. However, any custom items such as cake toppers, edible images or figurines that have been completed will be taken into account if a full refund is to be offered.


DESIGN CHANGES

Can I alter changes to my designs?

Orders are confirmed 2 weeks prior to delivery/pickup.

Any changes may incur an additional fee.


INGREDIENTS & STORING

Can you cater to different allergies?

Unfortunately due to the ingredients used in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that no cross contamination has occurred.


Which ingredients are in your sweets?

We use only high quality ingredients including free range eggs, couverture chocolate and organics where possible.

Macaron shells: almonds, egg white, sugar, gel food colouring. 

Cookies: butter, flour, eggs, salt, vanilla bean, vanilla fondant, gel food colouring, corn flour.

Cakes: flour, butter,cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, sugar, vanilla

Ingredients may differ due to the filling type.


Do my sweets need to be stored in the fridge?

All cakes and macarons need to be stored in the fridge but it’s recommended they are left to come to room temperature for 1-1.5 hours to allow the cake and icing to soften - otherwise the cake can feel cold and dry.

Our cookies are heat sealed and can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 weeks.
