Number and Letter Cakes
Looking for a unique cake with your favourite colours or to match a theme you have for your celebration?
Here at Lune de Miel Bakery, letter and number cakes are our absolute favourite dessert to create! Attention to detail is essential, let us create the perfect cake that not only looks amazing but tastes incredible too!
Each letter is around an A4 size and will serve between 10-15 servings.
Our cakes are 2 layers of light and fluffy sponge cake in:
-vanilla
-chocolate
-lemon
Filled with our luscious buttercream and a choice of one filling per letter/digit to go between the layers of your base:
-Biscoff spread and cookie crumble
-Passionfruit curd and freeze dried berries
-Lemon curd and freeze dried berries
-Nutella
-Oreo crumble (kids favourite!)
-Salted caramel

Toppings included are custom chosen to suit your colour or theme:
-Cookies with embossed theme or edible image
-Mini chocolate bars/lollies
-Macarons in white/pink/brown, filled with chocolate ganache
-“Happy Birthday” cookie plaque
-Gold or silver leaf
